INDIAN TOWNSHIP – Cynthia Agnus Robinson, 65, died unexpectedly Friday, June 2, 2006, at her home. Cynthia was born Aug. 22, 1940, in Indian Township, daughter of the late Joseph and Cora (Socoby) Bassett. She worked in home health for many years and enjoyed baking pies, sewing and knitting. Cynthia was predeceased by a brother, Peter Bassett; and a sister, Virginia O’Brien. Surviving are her two children, Michael Bassett of Madison and Leon Robinson of Indian Township; five sisters, Theresa Brown of Aurora, Colo., Barbara Bassett of Bangor, Veronica Pirrone of New York, Freda DiNapoli of Indian Township and Linda Bassett; three brothers, Russell Socoby of Pleasant Point, Michael Francis of Old Town and Carroll Bassett of Indian Township; many nieces and nephews; and her faithful canine companion, Chico. Friends may call until 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Elderly Meal Center in Indian Township. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anne’s Mission, Peter Dana Point, with Fr.
