CALAIS – Daniel T. O’Neill, 47, died unexpectedly Oct. 1, 2003, at his home in Calais. He was born June 3, 1956, in Pisa, Italy, the son of George and Phyllis (Dunton) O’Neill. Daniel served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was predeceased by his parents. Surviving are one brother, James O’Neill and his wife, Glennis, of Calais; one sister, Kathy O’Neill of Freeport; two uncles; two aunts; several cousins; two nephews and two nieces. A graveside memorial service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, in the Calais Cemetery by Jeremy Towne, Worship Leader of the North Perry Methodist Church. At the request of the family, donations in his memory to PAWS Humane Society, P.O. Box 182, Calais, ME 04619 would be greatly appreciated.
