OLD TOWN and ORONO – Dr. Howard C. Dickey, 90, died Jan. 13, 2004, at a Bangor Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, 2004, at the Orono United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Terence McKinley, pastor, officiating.
