ST. AGATHA – Edwina Ringuette, 82, died Jan. 26, 2006, at a Frenchville nursing home. She was born Feb. 1, 1924, in Solon, the daughter of Eddy and Marie (Gorneault) Parent. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne and the American Legion Post No. 145 of Frenchville. She is survived by four sons, Adrien of Presque Isle, Eddy and Fred of Frenchville, and Roger of St. Agatha; two daughters, Arlene Ringuette of Madawaska and Carlene and her husband, John Mueller, of Sinclair; 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Normand and George Parent of Connecticut; three sisters, Jean Michaud, Delsey Devoe, Theresa Devoe, all of Connecticut. Friends and relatives may call 7-9 p.m. Friday, at the Michaud Funeral Home, St. Agatha and 11:30 a.m. Saturday, until the time of services. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1 p.m. Saturday, at the St. Agatha Catholic Church, with the Rev. Phil Cyr, officiating. Burial in the St. Agatha Lower Cemetery in the spring.
