CARIBOU – Esther O. Gallagher, 89, wife of the late Woodrow Gallagher, died April 4, 2007, in Caribou. She was born Oct. 11, 1917, in Washburn, the daughter of Norman and Iva (McIntosh) Jones. Mrs. Gallagher was a longtime member of the Caribou Assembly of God. She is survived by two sons, Gilbert Gallagher of Ellington, Conn., and Darrell Gallagher of Colchester, Conn.; three sisters, Beatrice Wilcox and Eva Usyk, both of Utica, N.Y, and Pauline Drake of Washburn; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Friends may call 10 a.m. Saturday, April 7, until time of service at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, where an 11 a.m. service will be held with the Rev. Rennie Tichnor officiating. Interment will be at Webster Cemetery, Limestone.
