OAKFIELD – Ethel Parizo, 94, died Jan. 26, 2008, in Houlton. She was born Nov. 25, 1913, in Wolfboro, N.H., the daughter of George and Lottie (Adjutant) Rines. She is survived by two children, Ronald Rines and his companion, Sharon Perry, of Clairmont, N.H., and Linda Bart-lett of Oakfield; nine grand-children, 26 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren; six brothers and sisters, Dorothy Rines, Gertrude Hoadley and Myrtle Pollari, all of New Hampshire, Carlton Benoit of New Hampshire, Edward Benoit of Montana and Stanley Benoit of Florida; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Parizo; brothers, Charles Rines and Robert Benoit; a sister, Eva LaValley; a great-grandson, Ian Borders; and a son-in-law, Chester Bartlett Jr. A graveside funeral service will be announced in the spring.
