FROSTPROOF, Fla. – Frances Louise Dwelley, 83, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2007, in Sebring, Fla. She was born Dec. 19, 1923, in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, to William and Harriet (Russell) Thorton. She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Frostproof, Fla., since 1995, coming from Maine. She is survived by her son, Bill Dwelley of Frostproof, Fla.; daughter and son-in-law, Wan-da and Dennis Murphy of Frost-proof, Fla.; special daughter-in-law, Marilyn Dwelley of Maine; sister, Joan Middlemiss of St. Stephen, New Brunswick; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur M. Dwelley; son, Robert Dwelley; and daughter, Barbara. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Maine. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Avon Park, Fla.
