BANGOR – Franklin L. Elliott, 72, died Dec. 26, 2007, at the Maine Veterans’ Home. He was born May 13, 1935, in Essex County, Va., the son of Mann and Dolly (Brooks) Elliott. Franklin was a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving 26 years and retiring in 1982. He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Graziosi and her husband, Philip, of Eddington; three grandchildren, Scott Graziosi of Eddington, Paul Meckley of Sebec, Wash., and Kimberly Soper of West Roxbury, Mass.; and two great-grandchildren, Jack Soper and Asher Meckley. He requested that no services be held. Cremation arrangements by Cremation Basics, Inc., Bangor.
