CARIBOU – Glenna M. Ruest, 78, died July 11, 2007, in Caribou. She was born Aug. 24, 1928, in Ashland, the daughter of Parker and Ada Mary (Doak) Chandler. Glenna married Leo Ruest, June 6, 1957. Mrs. Ruest was employed by Tater State, Washburn, as well as the Birds Eye Division of General Foods, Caribou, for many years. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Surviving in addition to her husband of 50 years, Leo of Caribou, are her brother, Frank Chandler of Bonita Springs, Fla.; several nieces and nephews, as well as four godchildren. Private graveside services will be held at the Northern Maine Veterans’ Cemetery.
