VAN BUREN – Hector A. Dubay, 82, died Feb. 27, 2008, at Maine Veterans’ Home, Caribou. He was born Feb. 23, 1926, in Van Buren, the son of Leon M. and Annie (Violette) Dubay. He was the beloved husband of Lucille Simard, whom he married Aug. 2, 1949.
