MILLINOCKET – Helen Brown, 75, passed away on Friday, Dec. 17, 2004, unexpectedly at her home in Millinocket. She was born Aug. 20, 1929, in Millinocket, the daughter of Stephen and Stella (Krol) Jureack. She was predeceased by her husband, James F. Brown on Nov. 2, 1980. Helen was a lover of all animals and flowers and took great pride in the appearance of her yard and home; she had a talent for nurturing all of nature’s gifts. She also enjoyed relaxing with a good book or completing a difficult puzzle. Some of her most cherished values were her honesty, integrity, always putting others first, but most of all, her devoted and unconditional love for her family. She will be deeply missed by the family she cherished and will forever live in our hearts. Helen is survived by her two sons, James F. Brown Jr. of East Millinocket, Terrance G. Brown Sr. and his wife, Barbara, of Millinocket; one daughter, Debra Teseniar of Lexington, S.C.; four grandchildren, Jamey L. Brown and his wife, Raquel, of Carmel, Stephen J. Brown and his wife, Christie, of Carmel, Terrance G. Brown Jr. of Bangor, Frankie Teseniar of Lexington, SC; three great-grandchildren, Colby S. Brown, Alivia K. Brown, and Madison P. Brown; her sister, Louise Whitten; her brother, Stephen Jureack; three special nieces, Brenda, Michelle, and Lori. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Pauline Jureack, Johnny Jureack, Staffa Vitello, and Rudolf Jureack. At the family’s request, visitation will be private. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2004, at R.L. Bouchard Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket.
