BREWER – Helen J. Williams, 64, died Dec. 10, 2003, at a Brewer healthcare facility. She was born Dec. 25, 1938, in Hartford, Conn. She enjoyed singing and country music. Helen loved being with her family and friends especially over the holidays. She is survived by two sons, John Williams and Edward Williams, and friend, Julie, all of Bangor; two daughters, Margaret Babcock and husband, James, of Stetson, Deborah Curtis, and friend, John Page, of Hermon. Helen was predeceased by a longtime companion, John Bishop. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with the Rev. Adam Soderberg, Pastor of the East Orrington Congregational Church, officiating. Interment will be in the spring at Woodlawn Cemetery, Brewer.
