KINGMAN – James A. “Sonny” Burrill Sr., 69, died Feb. 27, 2005, at a Lincoln healthcare facility. He was born May 14, 1935, in Lincoln, the son of Earl and Ethel (Severance) Burrill. He is survived by his wife, Della, of Kingman (they would have been married 43 years on May 5th); two sons, James Burrill Jr. and his wife, Lynn, of Bradford, and Scott Burrill of Kingman; four granddaughters, Robyne and Rebecca Burrill of Kingman, Savannah Burrill of Bradford and Christine and Ben Johnson of Bucksport; two great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Leslie of Bucksport; six brothers, John of Codyville, Charles, Peter, David and George, all of Carroll and Benjamin of Lincoln; seven sisters, Ruby Thurlow, Josephine Hopkins and Virginia Downs, all of Lincoln, Marcia Severance and Zara Worster, both of Springfield, Flora Linscott of North Carolina and Madeline Tripp of Hersey. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Robin Burrill; four brothers, Oliver, Robert, Benoni and Earl Jr.; and one sister, Gladys.
