LIMESTONE – James R. Levesque, 63, died Monday, July 30, 2007, at a Caribou nursing home. He was born Oct. 29, 1943, in Limestone, the son of Andrew and Dorothy Levesque. James was a resident of Bangor Mental Health Institute for many years and also Limestone Manor. He is survived by one brother, Eugene Levesque and his wife, Simone, of Caribou; two sisters, Susanne Conlon and her husband, Robert, Andrea Strayer and her husband, David, all of Donnellson, Iowa; four nieces, two nephews, two great-nephews, and many cousins. He was predeceased by his mother, Dorothy, in 1974; his stepmother, in 1992; and his father, Andrew, in 2000. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, at Lancaster-Morgan Funeral Home, 11 Clover St., Caribou. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Louis Catholic Church, Limestone, with the Rev. Jean-Paul Labrie, celebrant. A committal will take place at a later date. Those who wish may make donations in James’ memory to the charity of their choice.
