GREENBUSH and ELLSWORTH – Jeremy M. Matthews, 25, passed away Monday, Oct. 18, 2004, at an Ellsworth Living Center. He was born, Nov. 28, 1978, in Bangor, the son of Jacques M. and Tammy A. (Crouch) Matthews. A graveside service will be conducted 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 23, at the Cardville Cemetery in Greenbush with the Rev. Rex Garrett officiating.
