BRADFORD – John R. McNally, 42, the husband of Veronica (Lord) McNally, died April 7, 2004, at a Bangor hospital after a long illness. He was born Aug. 20, 1961, in Haverhill, Mass., the son of Ralph and Dorothy (Arnold) McNally. He was an army veteran of the first Gulf War and had worked as a tractor-trailer driver and instructor. Surviving in addition to his wife of Bradford are three children, Rachel McNally of Manchester, N.H., and Christopher and Dakota McNally of Bradford; his father of Bradford; and his mother, Dorothy Carter and her husband, Bill, of Hampstead, N.Y.; a brother, Brian McNally of Sanford; a sister, Tina Early of Conway, N.H.; three step-children, Drusilla, David and Aimee Bernard, all of Bradford. A graveside funeral and military committal service will be held 1 p.m. Monday at the Williams Cemetery in Bradford with the Rev. Donald Booker officiating. Arrangements are by the Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Road, Corinth.
