BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – Joyce Irene Palmer, born Sept. 14, 1926, at 7 Middle St., Pittsfield, passed Jan. 13, 2007, while living in Florida. She attended the schools of Pittsfield, finishing at Maine Central Institute. After Joyce moved to Waterville and attended one year at Colby, she married Thomas Simpson and later Joseph Beaulieu. She is survived by her brother, C. Kent Palmer, who will handle inquiries via e-mail at cpalmer17@cox.net; numerous nieces and a nephew.
