ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Judith G. “Judy” Carter, 57, of St. Petersburg, Fla., died Sunday, May 8, 2005, at St. Petersburg General Hospital. She was born in Bangor and moved to St. Petersburg in 1989 from Glenburn. She was a homemaker and also managed Barcadia Campground in Bar Harbor for 12 years. She was Catholic. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Bruce R.; three sons, Bruce R. II of Howland, Wayne of Glenburn, Edward of Ellsworth; two daughters, Catherine Carter of Oldsmar, Fla., Lorraine Berry of St. Petersburg; her mother, Margaret Waddell of Clovis, N.M.; one brother, Clyde Waddell of Waldorf, Md.; two sisters, Katina Campbell of Biddeford; Alice Marshall of Clovis, N.M.; and 11 grandchildren.
