CUSHING – Landon Travis Ross, 3 months, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006, at Penobscot Bay Medical Center, Rockport. Landon was born Sept. 2, 2006, in Rockport, the son of Bryan G. Ross and Ericka Lynn Gray. He especially enjoyed watching football with his “Grampie” and spending time with his aunts. He really liked taking showers and watching NASCAR with Corey. He also liked to be read to and sung to by his mother and grandmother, and spending time with his “Grammie” and “Grampie” and Uncle Kendall. Landon was loved by and happy to be with his family which includes his mother and her companion, Corey Conway, of Cushing; his father of Owls Head; his maternal grandparents, Robert L. and Tonia Miller Gray of Cushing; his paternal grandparents, Jay B. and Kristin Blood Ross of Owls Head; his maternal great-grandmother, Judith Miller of Presque Isle; his paternal great-grandmothers, Alfreda Blood of Union and Joyce Ross of Owls Head; three aunts, Alicia Gray and her companion, Chad Young, Jessica and Nikki Gray all of Cushing; one uncle, Kendall Ross of Owls Head and his companion, Amber Corey, of Thomaston, as well as two cousins, Taylor Hooper and Kylie Young, both of Cushing. Visiting hours will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland, where a funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, with the Rev.
