LINCOLN – Lincoln A. DeMarey Jr., 75, died July 16, 2007, at a Lin-coln health care facility. He was born Dec. 30, 1932, in Lincoln, the son of Lincoln A. and Lottie (Mulharon) DeMarey Sr. A Korean War veteran of the U.S. Army, Lincoln also ran his own insurance agency for several years in Springfield. He was a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the American Legion Post No. 77. In his spare time, Lincoln enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. In addition to his wife, Dawna (Pickering) DeMarey, “Linc” is survived by his children, Dr. Deborah DeMarey of Dickinson, N.D., Brian DeMarey and wife, Lisa, of Bondsville, Mass., and Jeffrey DeMarey and wife, Linda, of Hampden, Mass.; a stepson, Richard Harriman and wife, Amy, of Bangor; a brother, Henry “Deb” DeMarey of Ohio; a sister, Josephine DiCenso and husband, Ed, of Lincoln; many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, July 19, at Lincoln Cemetery with the Rev. Myles Cyr officiating.
