HOULTON – Louis B. New-house Jr., 82, died May 10, 2005, at Bangor. He was born Aug. 17, 1922, in Houlton, the son of Louis Sr. and Dawn (McKinnon) Newhouse. Louis was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed harness racing. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Mary Emma (Roy) Newhouse of Houlton; three children, Robert and his wife, Dotty Newhouse of Farmingdale, Nancy and her husband, Richard Corey of Houlton and Darlene and her husband, George Lloyd of Houlton; one daughter-in-law, Mary New-house of Hodgdon; nine grandchildren, Barton and his wife, Angie Newhouse, Donna Bickford, Jennifer Gross, Richard Jr., Rhoda, Ryan, Sarah, Daniel and William; six great- grandchildren; and one sister, Eleanor Newhouse of Bangor. He was predeceased by one son, Ronald. Graveside funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Houlton.
