PRENTISS TWP., Maine – Louise Weiand Smith, 80, of Prentiss Twp., Maine, formerly of Knowlton Twp., N.J., died April 30, 2005, at a Howland health care facility. She was born March 26, 1925, in Oberursal, Germany. The family immigrated to America in 1927. Louise graduated from Belvidere High School in Belvidere, N.J., Class of 1943. Prior to her retirement she was employed by Dead River Timberland Division in Lakeville. She was Past Matron of Warren Chapter No. 128, Order of the Eastern Star in Belvidere.
