ORRINGTON – Skyla Ra’e Ashe, precious baby girl of Meagan Ra’e Desveaux and Brandon M. Ashe, left her adoring parents in the arms of Jesus to be a “Special Angel” and forever young. Though she was with us for much too short a time, she lit up our world and our love for her will never fade. We will miss her so much and she will always be in our hearts forever. Skyla Ra’e Ashe is survived by her parents of Orrington; paternal grandparents, Mark Ashe and significant other, Lynn Robertson, of Orrington and Gina Ashe and Fred Kenney of Glenburn; maternal grandparents, Ava White and her significant other, Chester Gray, of Corinth and his loving parents, Clyde and Loretta Mitchell of Otis; paternal great-grandparents, Dolores and Kenneth Ashe, Diane and Jack Mitchell, all of Orrington; maternal great-grand-parents, Eltin and Lawrence Clay of Orono; paternal great-great-grandmother, Rosemary Carter of Orrington; maternal great-great-grandparents, Ruth Sherwood of Belfast and Trudy Fox of Columbia Falls; uncles, Jason Ashe, Jesse Desveaux, Lucas White, Jacob Robertson, Zachery McEwen; and aunt, Allissia McEwen; many loving great-aunts and great-uncles and too many special friends to count. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Gary Desveaux; and two uncles at infancy, Christopher and Richard Robertson. We will never forget our little girl.
