LINCOLN – Margaret (Plouffe) Porter, 82, wife of the late Willard Porter, died at her home June 15, 2004. She was born June 1, 1922, in Winn, the daughter of Albert and Phoebe (Michaud) Plouffe. Margaret loved gardening, her cats, Nascar and country music, especially Waylon Jennings, who was her favorite. She is survived by her children, Joseph and his wife, Della, of Lee, John and Mark, both of Lincoln, and Marie of Virginia; five grandchildren, Laurie Ann, Joseph Jr., Arther, Brenda and Myra; and 11 great-grandchildren. There will be a graveside service 1 p.m. Thursday at the Lowell Cemetery, with the Rev. Roger Cyr officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
