MILLINOCKET – Marguerite C. Hutchinson, 89, wife of the late Gerald Hutchinson, died at home with her family by her side, Friday, Feb. 3, 2006. She was born July 5, 1916, in Millinocket, the daughter of Francois Xavier LePage and Mary Emma (Matton) LePage. Marguerite was a lifelong resident of Millinocket and a faithful communicant of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. She was a graduate of Stearns High School, Class of 1934. Marguerite worked as a hairdresser in Millinocket for many years. She enjoyed crafts and was a dedicated volunteer at many of her church’s activities. She is survived by her children, Susan A. Pennell of Millinocket, Gerald W. Hutchinson Jr. and wife, Patty, of Edinburg, Mary E. Glidden of Millinocket, and Peter J. Hutchinson and wife, Barbara, of Blaine, Minn.; 10 grandchildren, Julie, Amy, Willie, Cathy-Jo, Melvin, Mindy, Heather, Megan, Jeffrey, and Christel; 12 great-grandchildren, Susan, Miranda, Crystal, Rachael, Willie IV, Trevor, Cameron, Dylan, Reannah, Ryley, Emma, and Benjamin; she is also survived by a special friend, Rose Wilson; and many special nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives. She was predeceased by her brothers, Frank, Herbert, and Ernest LePage; and four sisters, Marie Jeanne Blanche Willette, Mary Eva O’Kane, Cecilia Grace Tapley Mason, and Phyllis Mackin; and sons-in-law, William C. Pennell Jr. and Melvin Glidden Sr. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, at R. L. Bouchard Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Spring burial will be in Millinocket Cemetery.
