MARY BEEBE LEVESQUE SULLIVAN – Mary Beebe Levesque, 89, died Jan. 15, 2004, at the Maine Veterans Home in Bangor. She was born Dec. 9, 1914, in Lakeville, Conn., the daughter of Herbert and Agnes (Slater) Beebe. Mary was very proud of her service in the U.S. Army during World War II, serving state side as an anesthetist. She continued her career after the war working in hospitals in Caribou and then Millinocket until 1963, when she and her husband, Wilfred Levesque, moved to Trenton. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. She is survived by a son, Rand Levesque and wife, Joyce, of Sullivan; two stepsons, Raymond Levesque and wife, Bernette, of Bangor, Wilfred Levesque Jr. and wife, Mo, of Millinocket; one stepdaughter-in-law, Loretta Levesque; two sisters, Anna Rossiter and Clarinda Ulin of Lakeville, Conn.; a brother, Richard Beebe of Washington; a grandchild, Rebecca Levesque; and many stepgrandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Wilfred Levesque, in 1982. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the spring at St. Martins of Tours Catholic Church in Millinocket. Interment will be at Millinocket Cemetery, Millinocket. A service of Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
