BANGOR – Mary L. Robinson, 65, died April 18, 2005 at a local hospital. She was born Oct. 7, 1939, in Bangor, the daughter of Edward and Rose (Mercier) Robinson. Mary was a school crossing guard for more than 18 years serving Fruit St., Abraham Lincoln, and St. John’s Catholic Schools. She is survived by one brother, Richard and his wife, Betty Robinson, of Bangor, along with their children, Beth and Jill; great-niece and great-nephew, Brian and Kara; one sister, June Leen and her husband, Francis, of Bangor; two special nieces and nephews, Carol and her husband, Skip, and Scott and his wife, Denise and their daughter, Amber. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Greenlawn Memorial Funeral Home, 300 State St., Bangor. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, in the family lot, Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends who wish may make donations to the children’s programs at Abraham Lincoln School.
