PRINCETON – Margaret Ruth Bailey, 56, died Sunday, April 17, 2005. Margaret was born Dec. 12, 1948, in Princeton, daughter of the late Lawrence and Hildred (Mercier) Fenlason. On Aug. 10, 1967, she married Clayton S. Bailey in Princeton. Margaret worked as a cook for area restaurants and enjoyed cooking, spending time with her children and grandchildren, knitting, and ceramics. She was a Certified Gare Ceramics Instructor, teaching ceramics from a shop in her home for many years, and a member of the Princeton Congregational Church. Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Clayton S. Bailey; three children, Kimberly Budroe, her husband, Robert, of Windham, and their children, Mitchell, Lydia, and Alexis, Kelli Wells, her husband, Jonathan of Suffolk, Va., and their children, Bryanna, Jocelyn, and Reagan, and Kevin Bailey Sr., of Princeton, and his children Kelli and Kevin Jr.; a daughter-in-law, Adelita Bailey of Texas; a sister, Joanne Tupper and her husband, Ronald, of Princeton; two close family friends, Edna MacAuther and Wanda Dow, both of Princeton; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, April 22, at the Princeton Congregational Church with Pastor Dana Kadey, officiating. A cremation service by Mays Funeral Home, Calais.
