MCHENRY, Ill. – Mary Louise (Lynch) Horton, 79, a resident of McHenry, Ill. for the past 24 years, formerly of Bangor, Mich., died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2005, at N.I.M.C. in McHenry. She was born Dec. 10, 1925, in Bangor, Maine, to Thomas and Louise (Damon) Lynch. She is survived by her husband, Stanley K. Horton with whom she was united in marriage Sept. 10, 1949, in Bangor, Maine; and a son, Thomas H. Horton of Indiana; two daughters, Cynthia (Eric) Lute of Allegan, Mich., and Michelle (Edward) Walker of Illinois; three grandsons, Joseph (Kelly) Holland of South Haven, Mich., Damon (Melissa) Holland of Minnesota, and Adam Walker of Mount Zion, Ill.; five granddaughters, Andrea (Thomas) Young of Arizona, Kimberly Donovan of Texas, Jennifer Boulter of Kalamazoo, Mich., Marisa Horton of Indiana, and Kelly Nook of Allegan, Mich.; a stepgrandaughter, Sally Lawes of Plainwell, Mich.; 14 great-grandchildren, her sister-in-law, Roberta Lynch of Bangor, Maine; many nieces and nephews and other relatives also survive. She was predeceased by her parents, her brother, Thomas Lynch; her sister, Sarah; and by her daughter, Sheryl Kugelard. A graveside burial service was held Monday, Nov. 7, at Hoppin Cemetery, Bangor, Mich. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Arrangements completed by K.K.
