ELLSWORTH – Milton Hultman II, 67, of Ellsworth, husband of Mildred (Stafstrom) Hult-man, passed away Sunday morning, Dec. 7, 2003, at an Ellsworth healthcare facility. Milton was born Aug. 22, 1936, in Waterbury, Conn., son of Milton Hultman and Ethel (Holmes) Hultman. Milton attended School in Woodbury, Conn. He graduated from Woodbury High School in 1954. He was honorably discharged from the navy after serving eight years with the Naval Reserves. While serving with the reserves, he spent six months at Great Lakes Naval Electronic Schools, graduating in 1957. He lived in Woodbury and Middlebury, Conn., before retiring to Ellsworth in 1991. He was employed for 34 years with CL&P Northeast Utilities as a field supervisor of Substation Construction GO. He was a member of the Lygonia lodge No. 40 A.F. and A.M. and the Acadia Chapter No 31 R.A.M. He is survived by his wife, Mildred; one son, Milton Hultman III and his wife, Jessica; a very special grandson, Kenneth; three sisters, Karen Karcheski of Monroe, Conn., Carole Kingsbury of Frankfort, and Cynthia Scheibel of Newtown, Conn.; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Services of remembrance will be held 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, followed by a Masonic Service at the Jordan Funeral Home, 113 Franklin St., Ellsworth.
