BANGOR and FORT KENT – Narada (Muni) Michaud, 25, died Sept. 27, 2004, as a result of a dirt bike accident. He was born Sept. 22, 1979, in Manchester, Conn., the son of Reginald Michaud and Marguerite “Peggy” (Pelletier) Grondin. He was a graduate of St. Agatha High School. He was employed by Friend and Friend, The Boys with the Toys, in Veazie and was the number one salesman in the State. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his father, Reginald Michaud; his mother, Peggy Grondin and his stepfather, Daniel Grondin of Madawaska; one sister, Mallica Michaud of Van Buren; a nephew, Jonathan Pickering, also of Van Buren; his maternal grandmother, Viola Pelletier of Fort Kent; his stepgrandparents, Ullyses and Louise Grondin of Madawaska; his godparents, Rita and Jeff Cox; many nieces and nephews. There will be no be visitations at the funeral home on Saturday prior to the funeral. Friends and relatives are invited to go directly to the St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial with the Rev. Bill Labbe officiating. A Committal service will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Battered Women’s Project, P.O. Box 233, Fort Kent Mills, ME 04744.
