LUBEC – Natalie Marilyn (Sawtelle) Havens, 60, passed away Feb. 23, 2004, at her residence in Lubec. She was born March 5, 1943, in Lubec, the daughter of Ralph and Florence (Denbow) Sawtelle. She enjoyed gardening and appreciated the natural beauty of plants and flowers. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Al Havens; daughters, Brenda Foley and husband, Warren, of Lubec, Marilyn Kelley and husband, Kevin, of Corinth, Roxanne Klimmek and husband, John, of Rocklin, Calif.; son, Ralph and wife, Roseanna, of China, Maine; three brothers, Marvin and wife, Chung, of Lubec, Bill and wife, Ann, of Dennysville, and Toby and wife, Dianna, of Jonesport; two sisters, Sharon Stoddard and husband, Junior, of East Machias, and Donna LaFlamme, of Moore Haven, Fla.; grandchildren, Melanie and Bethany, Justin, Megan and Ashley, Derek and Adam; several nieces, nephews, and cousins, including special cousins, Reggie Sawtelle and Sandra Schmauderer. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Ralph; and a granddaughter, Connie Havens. Visiting hours will be held 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004, at the Ridge Baptist Church in Lubec with Pastor Rob Green officiating. Interment will be in the Split Hill Cemetery in the spring. Those who wish to make donations in her memory may do so to the Ridge Baptist Church, Lubec. Arrangements are in the care of McClure Family Funeral Services, Lubec.
