ORRINGTON – Nora L. Kroemer Rogers died unexpectedly Nov. 17, 2006, at her home. She was born in Patten, the youngest daughter of Edwin and Giula (Perham) Leonard. A graduate of Higgins Classical Institute, she was the co-owner of Kroemer Farms, Milo and later an original employee of the Bangor K-Mart. She was a member of the Park Street United Methodist Church, Milo and the Eagles Club, Brewer. She was predeceased by her husbands, Harold Kroemer and Gilbert Rogers; her sons, Edwin James and Hal; her sisters, Margaret, Edna, Helen and Jean; and her brothers, John, Edwin and Don. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Hansen; a son, Rodney Kroemer and his partner, Jim Wuersch; a stepdaughter, Alice Fairchild and her husband, Jerry; a daughter-in-law, Cheryl Kroemer; five grandchildren, Carolanne and her husband, Michael, Chip and his wife, Jaime, Cris and his wife, Mindy, Jennifer and her husband, Todd, and Andrew; seven great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Nita Leonard, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A graveside memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, in the family lot at Evergreen Cemetery, Milo, with Pastor David Mumford officiating. In lieu of flowers, friends are requested to make memorial contributions to the Park Street United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 116, Milo, ME 04463. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home, Milo.
