BANGOR – Patricia Jenkins, 55, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, at her home after a brief illness. She was born on Nov. 15, 1948, in Bucksport, the daughter of Everett and Madeline (Clouston) Giles. She attended Ellsworth Falls schools. Patricia volunteered for more than 10 years at the Carmel Fire and Ambulance Department. She worked in the shoe industry and hospitality industry for many years. Patricia was also a member of the Bangor-Brewer bowling league and was an avid fan of stock car racing. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, David Jenkins; a son, Daniel Jenkins of Bangor; two daughters, Shannon Jenkins and Angel Jenkins, both of Bangor; three brothers, Barry Giles of Ellsworth, Donald Clouston of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Bob Giles of Ocala, Fla.; two granddaughters, Katelyn and Jayden Jenkins; and numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Nancy Rinks King.
