HOULTON and PRESQUE ISLE – Phyllis Cook, 92, died Dec. 9, 2003, at Houlton. She was born Sept. 1, 1911, in Houlton, the daughter of Chester and Estella (Kezer) Hay. She was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving 10 years including World War II. She retired after several years with the phone company. A graveside service will be held in the spring at Fairmont Cemetery in Presque Isle. Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home, Houlton.
