WILLIMANTIC and MONTREAL, Canada – Phylllis (Packard) Taylor passed away July 4, 2006, at her Canadian home. Phyllis was born Oct. 15, 1924, in Dover-Foxcroft. Phyllis was the loving mother of, and will be sadly missed by her children, Sharon and Pierre, Roy and Debbie, Jim and Nalda, Debbie and Paul, David and Gail, Kathy and Billy, Barbara and Ray; 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; Harry Taylor, and many relatives and friends. Services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, July 10, at the Willimantic Church. Graveside services will be immediately after. Her family will be receiving family and friends after the services at Phyllis’ home.
