ROCKLAND – Ralph F. Billings, 85, died Monday, Dec. 15, 2003, at Penobscot Bay Medical Center, Rockport. Visiting hours will be held from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday Dec. 16, 2003, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland, with prayers at 6:15 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St Bernard’s Catholic Church, 150 Broadway, Rockland.
