MATTAWAMKEAG – Richard K. Robertson, 74, husband of the late Elinor (Curtis) Robert-son, died Nov. 4, 2007, at a Lincoln hospital. He was born June 14, 1933, in Clinton, the son of Charles and Phyllis (Lewis) Robertson. Richard was raised on a farm in Exeter, served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, loved to hunt and fish, go for rides, and spend time with his family. Richard is survived by three children, Robbie Robertson of Portland, Phyllis Spencer and Brent of Mattawamkeag, and Curtis Robertson and Shannon of Lincoln; two grandchildren, Sydney and Connor; one sister, Alice Baker; one brother, James Robertson, both of Brewer; several nieces and nephews; and a very special person in his life, Phyllis Vicaire. In addition to his parents and his wife, Richard was predeceased by a son, Richard Jr. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Mattawamkeag Cemetery with the Rev.
