WESTON, Mass. and ELLSWORTH – Robert E. Powell Jr., 71, died Monday, Dec. 22, 2003, at an Ellsworth hospital. He was born Jan. 12, 1932, in Boston, Mass., the son of Robert E. and Fannie (Belander) Powell. Robert was a resident of Weston, Mass. since 1952. He is survived by his wife, Wanda M. Powell of Ellsworth; a daughter, Erica Tulloss and her husband, John; three grandchildren, Josephine, Kyle and Wyatt, all of Aurora; and a sister, Dr. Virginia Powell of Chevy Chase, Md. Graveside funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2004, at the Beech Grove Cemetery, Rockport, Mass. Arrangements are by Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, Ellsworth.
