ORRINGTON and CORINNA Robin Lynn Watson, 43, wife of Mark A. Watson, died March 21, 2004, after a long and courageous battle with leukemia. She was born March 5, 1961, in Bangor, the daughter of Malcolm G., Sr. and Lila (Joy) Leonard. Robin was a graduate of Brewer High School, was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed family time and enjoyed cooking, catering and ceramics. Surviving in addition to her husband of Corinna, and her father of Orrington, are two children, Sarah Ashton of Bangor, and Adam Ashton of Orrington; a grandson, Logan of Bangor; four sisters, Pat Lewis, Val Kondor and her husband, Richard Sr., all of Bangor, Linda Williams and her husband, Wesley, of Hampden, and Karen Rancourt of Bristol, Conn.; one brother, Malcolm Leonard Jr. and his wife, Claire, of Windham; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Eunice and Murray Watson Sr. of Corinna; two sisters-in-law, Elaine Wilcox of Corinna, Lisa and Adam Robinson of Garland; one brother-in-law, Murray Jr. and Linda Watson of Exeter; Mark’s grandparents, Halva and Beryl Huntley of Wellington; Robin loved and was greatly loved by her nieces and nephews, Kimi, Lynnar, Richie, Tracey, Eric, Robbie, Cooper, Heather, Carla, Felecia, Glennie, Dylan, Andrew, Emily, Kyle and Katelyn; several aunts and uncles. She will be remembered by a special friend, Brandi Harriman. Friends may visit 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Kiley Funeral Home, 69 State St., Brewer. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at East Orrington Congregational Church, Orrington, with the Rev. Adam Soderberg, pastor, officiating. Burial at Marston Cemetery, Orrington, will be later in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be gladly and gratefully accepted by the Watson Family, 514 Corinna Center Road, Corinna, ME 04928.
