OCALA, Fla. – Roland W. Kimball Sr., 89, died Monday, April 2, 2007, at Ocala Regional Medical Center. He was born in Monson. He moved from Clinton, where he owned and operated a car business, to Ocala, Fla., 30 years ago. Roland loved his country music, playing his guitar and NASCAR; but most of all he loved his family. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Viola Kimball; two sons, Roland W. Jr. and his wife, Ronda Kimball, of Austin, Texas, and Robert and his wife, Susan Kimball, of Benton; two daughters, Karen A. Donnie Elsston of Ocala, Fla., and Gayle McGuire and Rick of Ocala, Fla., grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 6, at Roberts Funeral Home, Ocala, Fla. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held after the service at Good Shephard Memorial Garden Cemetery.
