BROWNVILLE and BRIDGETON – Ronald “Ron” S. Sawtell, 34, died unexpectedly Dec. 7, 2006, at his home. He was born Aug. 6, 1972, in Milo, the son of Richard Sawtell of Brownville and Roberta Moulton of Corinna. Ron enjoyed many years working on the ocean as a lobsterman and long line fisherman. His greatest pleasures were fishing, camping and spending time with his children. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving companion, Gina Guffrey; his four children, Sammi, Jacob, Constance and Shelly; four sisters, Bobbi-Jo, Deanna, Dianna and Shelly; one brother, Dickie Pelletier; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. There will be a gathering for friends and family noon Sunday, Dec. 10, at the home of Richard Sawtell. A graveside service will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up for his children. Donations may be made payable to Richard Sawtell and mailed to Maine Savings Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 447, Milo, ME 04463.
