GARDINER and CARIBOU – Rory Hartley, 50, took his final ride to Heaven June 8, 2006. He was born July 23, 1955, in Caribou. He was a carpenter and mason by trade. He loved his family, friends and his Harley Davidson. He enjoyed family gatherings and creating music with his sons and friends. Rory is survived by his father, Allyn Dale Hartley of Caribou; his mother, Jacqueline (Chapman) and her husband, August Harvey, of Fort Fairfield and Mars Hill; his children, Michael Hartley and his finacee’, Laura LeMay and their son, Alexander, of Lewiston, Erin, Chad and Bronsen Hartley, all of Stetson; one sister, Laurie Hartley; and niece, Taylor Hartley both of Corona, Calif., many aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of life will be held at a date to be announced in the Bangor Daily News.
