PORTLAND and SMYRNA – Roy J. Pinard, 50, died Feb. 13, 2006, at Portland. He was born April 3, 1955, in Stafford Springs, Conn., the son of Richard and Madeline (Lake) Pinard. In addition to his mother of Merrill, he is survived by four children, Jameson Pinard of Portland, Jerrilynn Pinard of Jacksonville, Fla., Troy Fitzpatrick of Houlton and Travis Fitzpatrick of Littleton; two grandchildren, one sister, Linda Nye and her husband, James, of Merrill; one niece and one nephew, and a close companion, Pamela Sanders. He was predeceased by his father and one brother, Richard. Private family funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water St., Houlton.
