BREWER – Sandra J. Porter, 58, died unexpectedly, Nov. 21, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. She was born May 26, 1946, in Lincoln, the daughter of Paul and Clara (Thompson) Cummings. Sandra was a Registered Nurse, and was a health assessor for Goold Health Systems. She was music director at the West Enfield Baptist Church. She was known as “Nannie” by her grandchildren, and by all the other children she came in contact with. In addition to her mother of Enfield, she is survived by four children, Beth Archer of Kenduskeag, Brian Porter of Bangor, Shannon Violette of Belfast and Joseph Porter of Florida; five grandchildren, Dillan, Hollie, Reilly, Lora, and Kali. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a granddaughter, Chelly. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jack Hyland officiating. Interment will be in Lincoln Cemetery.
