KENDUSKEAG – Stanley E. Brown Sr., 81, the husband of the late June (Willey) Brown, died Jan. 13, 2004, at Levant, after a short illness. He was born April 5, 1922, in Bath, and was a graduate of Morse High School. He served with the U.S. Army Air Force in World War II, and was a member of the DAV. He is survived by four daughters, Joanne Brown, Elizabeth Everett, Bette McLeod and Karen Brown; a son, Stanley E. Brown Jr.; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson. Friends may call 12-1 p.m. Thursday at the Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Road, Corinth, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. with Pastor James Haddix officiating. Spring burial will be in the Kenduskeag Cemetery.
