VEAZIE – Theresa M. Blaisdell, 82, wife of the late Atwell Blaisdell, died April 28, 2005, at her Veazie home. She was born Dec. 8, 1922, in Old Town, the daughter of Joseph and Anna LaFontaine. She was a member of the Veazie Garden Club and in her younger years enjoyed traveling with her husband, Atwell. She is survived by her son, Joseph “Skipper” Blaisdell and his wife, Cheryl, of Southbury, Conn.; her stepdaughter and husband, Elaine “Skippy” and Dean Mitchell of Veazie; her brother and wife, Alfred and Joyce LaFontaine of Milford; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Atwell; she was predeceased by her first husband, Addis Levesque. Friends may call 5-7 p.m. Sunday, at Brookings-Smith, Old Town Chapel, 205 Main St., Old Town. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday, at Holy Family Parish, 429 Main St., Old Town, with the Rev. Normand P. Richard, pastor, celebrant. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery, Veazie.
