HAMMOND – Vicky M. Fredericks, 57, died on Oct. 4, 2004, at her home. She was born on March 11, 1946, in Houlton, the daughter of Robert Perry and Iris (McLean) McIver. Vicky received a nursing certificate from Presque Isle (NMVTI) and worked private duty at nursing homes. She is survived by five children, Tony Clark and his wife, Jodi, of Hammond, Wanda Koski and her husband, Aaron, of California, Tina Salee of California, Lionel Clark III of California, Brent Clark of Lincoln; 10 grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Pam McQue and her husband, Tom, of Michigan, Barbara Oliver and her husband, Carl, of Cary, Anette Wilson and her husband, Arthur, of Michigan, John Perry of Connecticut, Theodore McAfee and his wife, Trina, of Houlton, and Daniel Perry of Connecticut. She was predeceased by her husband, Larry Fredericks in 1995; her father, Robert Perry; her stepfather, Gene McIver; and her grandparents, Ray and Lottie McLean. Friends may call 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water St., Houlton. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, at Evergreen Cemetery, with the Rev. Mark Carter officiating. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may donate in Vicky’s memory to the VNA Houlton Division or to the family, care of Bowers Funeral Home PO Box 579, Houlton, ME 04730. Vicky also wanted to say a special thanks to her sister, Linda Paradis for taking care of her and to Linda’s husband Willard for letting her come from North Carolina in Vicky’s time of need.
