BANGOR – Vivian Spearing, 88, wife of the late Harry U. Spearing, went home to be with the Lord, June 29, 2005. She was born Dec. 28, 1916, in Fort Fairfield, the daughter of William J. and Eldora D. (Adair) McGarrigle. She was an avid flower gardener and bird watcher. Mrs. Spearing is survived by three sons, Michael Spearing and his wife, Donna, of Hermon, Matthew Spearing and his wife, Cynthia, of Bangor, Thomas Spearing, of Florida; nine grandchildren, Jason Everett, Nathaniel Spearing, Matthew Spearing, Lucas Spearing, Liane Woodruff, Randi Norwood, Jeremy Norwood, Katie Spearing, Sarah Spearing; two great-grandchildren, Parker Everett and Alexis Everett.
