JONESPORT – Willard F. McNaughton, 72, husband of Carol E. (Peez) McNaughton, died March 3, 2005, at a Bangor hospital, after a brief illness. He was born Oct. 12, 1932, in Boston, Mass., the son of Willard H. and Lillian (Bodge) McNaughton. Willard was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. He lived in Boston, Mass. before moving to Wyoming in 1971 returning east to Jonesport in 2003. He was an avid outdoorsman who especially enjoyed hunting and fishing and also enjoyed reading, watching football and loved his family. He is survived by his wife of Jonesport; two sons, Michael and Lawrence of Wyoming; one brother, George of Wyoming. He was predeceased by his parents and youngest brother, Robert McNaughton. Services will be held in the spring in Jonesport. Cremation arrangements by Cremation Basics, Inc., Bangor.
